The Rathwa tribe of Chottaudepur, Gujarat, are a dancing people. Amidst the tranquility of their hills and green environment they have preserved jealousy their rich cultural tradition. Their community-centred system of governance and their belief in the loving nearness of their dead ancestors have kept the wealth of their past traditions alive to this day. Ever since its arrival in Chottaudepur in 1975, the Don Bosco Education Society has made efforts to creatively integrate the best in their art and culture with education and a new found faith.
